Christian S. Dalzell | Managing Partner

Mr. Dalzell has spent the past 22 years learning all facets of the commercial real estate industry in a wide variety of roles including sales and trading, mortgage finance, syndication, origination, cash flow modeling, investment banking, intermediary, private equity investor and investment committee member, and founder of Dalzell Capital Partners LLC. During the past 22 years, Mr. Dalzell has successfully closed 498 separate transactions aggregating more than $62 billion.

Prior to creating DCP, Mr. Dalzell spent six years as the Global Head of Capital Markets for Starwood Capital Group Global, L.P., and the Global Head of Lending for Starwood Property Trust, Inc.

Prior to his six years at Starwood Capital, Mr. Dalzell ran Eastdil Secured’s Capital Markets Group for four years between March 2006 and March 2010.

Mr. Dalzell’s began his career as an Analyst at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities LLC (which later became Banc of America Securities LLC). During those initial 10 years at BAML, Mr. Dalzell grew from origination Analyst to Regional Head of BAML’s West Coast Region – CMBS Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Dalzell earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Max Wasser | Vice President

Mr. Wasser will apply his talents and experience to identify, source, underwrite and close new acquisition opportunities. Mr. Wasser will also play an integral role in Dalzell Capital Partners ongoing capital raising efforts with respect to both debt and equity.

Prior to joining Dalzell Capital Partners, Mr. Wasser worked in the Acquisitions Group of Highgate Capital Investments, an industry-leading private equity investor and manager of hospitality assets with a portfolio in excess of 100 hotels and 30,000 rooms. Mr. Wasser worked alongside Highgate’s senior partners to source, underwrite and execute new acquisitions. During his tenure at Highgate, Mr. Wasser worked on more than $1 billion of transactions.

Prior to joining Highgate, Mr. Wasser started his career in the investment banking arm of Bank of America Merrill Lynch (“BAML”).  Mr. Wasser was a member of BAML’s industry leading Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging Investment Banking Group. While at BAML, Mr. Wasser worked on more than $5 billion of closed capital market and advisory transactions across all asset classes and on assets located throughout the United States.

Mr. Wasser earned his Bachelor of Science and Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Mr. Wasser graduated with Highest Distinction.

Christina M. Lutz | Vice President

Ms. Lutz has spent the last 5 plus years immersed in Philadelphia’s multifamily and commercial real estate industry in a variety of roles including property management, leasing (commercial and multifamily), and the management of all capital improvement projects on institutional quality portfolio of assets.

Prior to joining Dalzell Capital Partners, Ms. Lutz was the Department Head of Property Management for US Construction where she managed a team of 12 and approximately 700 townhomes throughout Philadelphia. Prior to joining US Construction, Ms. Lutz started her career as a leasing agent with PMC Property Group and moved her way up to Assistant Manager and eventually Property Manager of a 450-unit apartment community with five large commercial suites in two high rise buildings on the corner of 20th Street and Market Street.

Ms. Lutz will apply her talents, work-ethic and experience to improve the Asset and Property Management of the existing portfolio and all future acquisitions. Ms. Lutz will also play an integral role as Dalzell Capital Partners focuses on brand development and delivering a superior residential experience to the submarket and Center City Philadelphia.

Ms. Lutz earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts & Sciences from Penn State University in 2014.
